General Conditions:

A.Successful candidates for the post of A.E./Shift Chemist will undergo 12 months training, during training period they shall be A.E. (Trainee) /Shift Chemist (Trainee).

B.During training period, A.E. (Trainee) / Shift Chemist (Trainee) shall be paid a fixed stipend of Rs.16000/- .

C.The selection will be based on written test followed by interview.

D.The written test will be held at (a) Raipur, (b) Bilaspur, (c) Jagdalpur, (d) Ambikapur, (e) Bhilai-Durg (f) Rajnandgaon and (g) Korba.

E.In case of large number of candidates in a particular city, the centre opted by the candidates as first preference, may not be allotted and candidates will be asked to

appear at 2nd/3rd preference. In case of less number of candidates in a particular city, the examination centre in that particular city may be cancelled.

The decision on allotment of centre by CSPHCL shall be final. The interview shall be held at Raipur.

F.The written test will be 2 Hours duration and shall consist of 100 objective type questions. Only sort listed candidates will be called for interview. Final selection will be based on merit list prepared on basis of marks obtained in written test followed by Interview.

G.The selected candidates shall be required to execute a bond to serve the Power Companies for a period of a minimum four years including period of training,

the bond amount shall be Rs.3.00 lakhs for A.E. and Shift Chemist.

A.Last date of submission : The application in the prescribed format should reach to following Address:- “Addl.General Manager(HR), CSPHCL, Dangania, Raipur PIN – 492 013″ positively by 31.05.2010. The applications received by registered post or speed post will only

accepted. Applications by hand /courier/any other post will not be accepted. Envelope should be clearly super scribed as “Application for the post of A.E. or Shift Chemist”.

B.Application fee : Rs. 500/- for General , OBC category & SC/ST category candidates of other than Chhattisgarh State AND Rs. 200/- for SC/ST category candidates of Chhattisgarh State in form of non-refundable D.D./Banker’s cheque in favour of “Assistant Manager (CAU), CSPHCL, Raipur” payable at Raipur (Chhattisgarh). The candidates should write their

name/post applied and complete mailing address on reverse side of D.D.

Documents to be enclosed with application:-

1. For all candidates – Attested copy of final year/semester passed examination mark sheet.

In case of appearing in final year/semester, certificate regarding appearing in above examination should be attached with the application

2. In case of SC/ST/OBC candidates of CG domicile, attested copy of caste verification certificate issued by High Power Caste Authority Committee.
